2026 fl BQ pre-season event 

We are looking forward to this year’s pre-season event! This one-of-a-kind weekend includes quizzer and coach training, fellowship, and an opportunity to connect with other quiz programs across the state. Whether you are a veteran program or looking to start a Bible Quizzing ministry in your church from scratch, you’ll leave this weekend equipped, empowered, and ready to be a part of the strongest Bible Quizzing District in the United Pentecostal Church.

DATES: October 17-18

LOCATION: FL District UPCI Campgrounds (5011 NW Gainesville Rd, Ocala, FL 34475)

REGISTRATION: $20 per person pre-registration; $30 at the door (early registration closes Sunday, October 12)

LODGING: The campground dorms will be available for $10 per bed. You must provide your own supervision and respect quiet times.

Saturday, Oct 18th

• 8:30 AM - Continental Breakfast Served

• 9:00 AM - Split Teaching Sessions A

  • New Quizzers: Bible Quizzing Basics

  • Veteran Junior Quizzers: Question Keys and Charting Techniques

  • Veteran Senior Quizzers: Contesting and Charting Techniques

  • New Coaches: Running an Effective Quiz Practice

  • Veteran Coaches: Tournament Strategy

• 10:30 AM - Split Teaching Sessions B

  • All Junior Quizzers: Interrupting Junior Questions
